Ordinary to extraordinary

They say you have to be extra ordinary to be successful so here i am sharing with you a story of an ordinary man, who was born ordinary, brought up very basically but still made up to the Asia level.
A 6 year old boy used to cross the gym every evening while going to his tuitions with his mother. He used to stare at the posters in the gym, posters of Arnold Schwarzenegger, Ronnie Coleman and Dorian Yates, thinking of having a body like them some day.

He was an energetic kid, he used to do push ups, pull ups, try coping the stunts from the movies and etc. A vibrant kid who was very much enthusiastic about his life a kind of person who would never sit in one place.

He worked out in his house until he was 11, he asked his father to join the gym near their house but his father denied saying " abhi loha uthayega, muh se khoon niklega aur mar jaayega" (if you will lift weight now, you will get blood from your mouth and you will die.) he continued his pull ups and other exercises at home until he was 18.

Then he started collecting money for gym fees and managed to pay and join the gym. Some college boys had good physique who used to help him as well. Then slowly after sometime he understood he could not become Arnold. Also people misguided him that without steroid he could not have a good physique. He gave up the idea of being Arnold but gym was still on him. He continued despite all negativity.

As his grand father Mr. Janab Khan was a power wrestler and his father Mr. Rahim khan was a wrestler too he always had a positive background. Although he did not had the knowledge of diet, he used to workout and come back home having Maggi, ice cream etc. ( Maggi is his favourite food )still he had quite a good physique.

As he is a Muslim and his father taught him that drugs are not for him, he always kept that in his mind and said it to himself a thousand times that "steroids/drugs haram hai". and on the other hand supplements were a taboo too. People quoted it as "powder ka body banaya h" ( body made having powder). He refused to take any of them. Then one day one of his neighbours talked to him, told him about supplements about whey protein, he being naive asked him " ek dabba khale toh body banjayegi" ( will having one jar of whey will make my body). then the man ( was the champion of district and state championship) explained him how he has to include whey in his diet and has to have it daily.

Although, he never dreamt of getting into fitness industry but destiny played its role. he wanted to be in air force, army or police, he wanted to do something for the country. Whereas his friends were dreaming of iit, mba etc the big courses and goals( according to our society). He was always a genuine person, who was going with the flow but that never meant he stopped working hard. He is as enthusiastic today as he was 6 year old.

One day he was depressed, he went to the guy who used steroids and talked to him, he said "apkey jesa body toh mai bana hi nahi sakta" (i cannot build a physique like you), the guy said "dekh jesi body tumari hai hum esi body ke liye be steroid marte, tum ice cream khate hue gym aatey ho phir bhi esa body hai thora diet pe dhyan do"(we take steroids to get the body you have right now, you eat ice cream and comes to the gym still you have such a physique, pay attention on your diet and you could do wonders). After  this he started reading magazines to get knowledge about diet, supplements and everything. Later he got a smartphone and he used it for his knowledge. He used to search different things like what food contains what, what amount of protein, carbs etc. Needs of human body and much more. He learned everything and started applying in his practical life, he used to tell people about what should be their diet and what is important for them but people used to make fun of him saying " tera toh majdoor ke jesa body hain" (you have a body like a labourer). Then one day the guy from whom he used to buy supplements sat with him and got his diet made and followed it for 2 weeks, he experienced the change in him, his arm size increased by half a inch, then people around him started believing in him.

He came to know about muscle mania (natural competition), he started preparing for it, he prepared for it for 6 months and participated on regional level in Mumbai, then he won Mr. India in 2015. After which he not only represented India but also came second in Mr. Asia 2016(he was the most lite contestant, still he came 2nd and the guy who came 1st was 18kg heavier than him) . Today he is focusing on increasing his knowledge, his physique and also growing financially. he wants to earn a lot of money, a good status, want to help people, and inspire people, he says he want that when a child looks at him he should say to himself that "i can become Mohsin Khan".

Message from Mohsin Khan to everybody.
"kabhi kabhi apko khud pata ni hota ki ap kitne bare toop ho, kua mai rehne se kuch nahi hoga samundar mai aao vaha doobe bi toh kumse kum samoondar mai dhooboge, yakeen kro khudpe, mehnat krr or kabhi bhi seekhna mat choro mai 60 saal ka hoke bi seekh raha hounga." (sometimes even you have no idea what you contain, you will get nothing while swimming in well, swim in sea even if you drown at least you will drown in sea, believe in yourself, work hard and keep learning always, even when i will be 60 years old i would be learning.)

Akshat to akshat_xesthetix

Akshat Mathur an introvert, was a little boy who had no friends because of the simple reason that he was a shy child. Also many of his classmates bullied him, due to which he became more quiet and reserved. He hated being at school, his only friends were his parents and his little sister who was too young to understand anything (5 years younger ). He used to find excuses to go back home, sometimes stomach ache, sometimes headache, he made sure to come back home before recess. Life was being harsh at him. Maybe being an introvert was his mistake. Eventually he became very close to his parents because they were the only people who made him feel comfortable, loved him and gave him a sense of protection, they were the only people who valued his emotions and understood his nature and respected who he was. He wanted to make friends, but never knew how to? Also as he used to be alone people found it easy to bully him and mock him. He was teased for wearing specs, for being skinny, for bei...

Skinny to shredded

Being skinny is very common in teenage, 5.5ft long Jatin Kotai decided to change what embarrassed him. 40kg thin guy, his height made him look thinner, in the age of 13 decided to work on himself. His cousin named Latish was into fitness and had a good physique, he got inspired by him and he asked his father to let him join a gym, but his father denied as 13 is too young according to his parents. But this didn't stop Jatin, he used to fill his school bag with heavy books and tried to workout with the help of that school bag. His father saw him doing that for 15 days and then bought him a pair of 6kg dumbbell, he used them for 6 months. Then his cousin bought some equipment's at his own place. Early morning, everyday Jatin used to go to his place for workout. Finally, after a year his father agreed to let him join a gym nearby. He joined a small gym near his house and worked out for 2 to 3 years with zero knowledge and no change, slowly he started focusing on his die...
